Essykert is Ewan Moncrieff, Scott Moncrieff, David Irvine and Liam Inkster. What began with heavy covers has grown into original music shaped on Shetland stages.
In 2026 the band made their first appearance on Rising North’s main stage, releasing their debut EP on the same night.
